SPP Mezzanine Partners (“SPP Mezzanine”) is a privately-held investment management firm founded in 2003 to provide growth capital, including equity and subordinated debt, to finance leveraged and management buyouts, growth capital financings (internal growth and acquisitions), and recapitalizations. At SPP Mezzanine, we seek to invest in established small and middle market companies with proven business models and stable cash flows. We target companies with strong, committed management teams and the potential for significant growth in equity valuation.

The firm is currently investing out of its second fund (raised in 2006) and manages a total of approximately $80 million of committed capital. We specialize in asset-light businesses with unique and defensible market positions, low technology risk, and reasonable capital expenditure and working capital needs. Favored market segments include light manufacturing, services, and distribution. We work with equity sponsors, other mezzanine investors, fundless sponsors and directly with management teams to create and build value.
