Philip
A. McNeill, Managing Member and Chief
Investment Officer
Mr. McNeill serves as Chief Investment Officer for
SPP Mezzanine Partners. Prior to joining SPP Mezzanine
Partners, Mr. McNeill served as a Managing Director
at Allied Capital Corporation where he was co-head
of its Private Finance and Mezzanine activities
and a member of its Investment Committee. Before
joining Allied Capital in 1993, Mr. McNeill served
as Vice President of M&T Capital Corporation,
the SBIC investment division of M&T Bank. Prior
to entering the private finance industry in 1988,
he developed, founded, managed and owned a Boston-based
retail and manufacturing company and was a founding
director of City National Bank of Weatherford, Oklahoma.
Mr. McNeill holds an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business
School and a B.S. in Finance, Accounting, and Law
& Public Policy from Syracuse University. |

Javier
Aguirre, Vice President
Mr. Aguirre joined SPP Mezzanine Partners in 2007
as a Vice President. Prior to joining SPP Mezzanine
Partners, Mr. Aguirre was with Lehman Brothers'
Investment Management Division in New York, where
he was responsible for strategic acquisitions as
well as various organic growth initiatives for the
firm's $175 billion institutional asset management
business. Mr. Aguirre began his investing career
at Darby Overseas Investments, a global emerging
markets private equity and venture capital firm
founded and led by former U.S. Secretary of Treasury
Nicholas Brady. Prior to Darby, Mr. Aguirre was
a financial analyst with Deutsche Banc Alex.Brown's
mergers and acquisitions practice in Baltimore.
Mr. Aguirre holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University
and a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
