Stefan
L. Shaffer, Managing Member
Mr. Shaffer is one of the founding partners of SPP
Mezzanine Partners and sits on its Investment Committee.
He is also a Managing Partner of SPP Capital. As
a Managing Member of SPP Mezzanine Partners, Mr.
Shaffer plays a key role in originating, structuring
and executing transactions at the firm. Prior to
his tenure at SPP Capital, Mr. Shaffer was a Vice
President in the Private Placement Group at Bankers
Trust Company where he was responsible for origination,
structuring and pricing of private placements for
the Capital Markets Group, both nationally and internationally.
Prior to his move to investment banking, Mr. Shaffer
had been an attorney with the law firm of White
& Case where he drafted and negotiated private
placements, public securities, leveraged lease transactions
and provided general corporate counsel. Mr. Shaffer
is a cum laude graduate of Cornell Law School where
he earned a J.D. degree and has served on the Board
of Editors on the Cornell International Law Journal;
he is a magna cum laude undergraduate from Colgate
University where he was elected Phi Beta Kappa. |

Dan Streeter, Managing Member
Mr. Streeter is a founding partner of SPP Mezzanine
Partners and is a member of the Investment Committee.
He is also a Managing Partner of SPP Capital Partners,
where he manages the firm’s capital raising
activities. With over 23 years of broad-based corporate
finance experience, Mr. Streeter has extensive expertise
in reviewing, structuring and executing a broad
array of private debt and equity transactions, including
over $500 million of mezzanine debt securities.
Prior to joining SPP Capital, Mr. Streeter worked
as an investment banker for the Bigelow Company,
a middle market merger and acquisition advisory
firm. Mr. Streeter has also worked as an Investment
Officer at the International Finance Corporation
(an affiliate of the World Bank), a position in
which he had responsibility for both debt and equity
investments in emerging market private sector corporations.
Earlier in his career, he had been a commercial
lending officer in Chemical Bank’s Corporate
Banking Group. Mr. Streeter holds an M.B.A. degree
from the Yale University School of Management and
is a cum laude graduate of Colgate University. |

Robin
Ellis Busch, Managing Member
Ms. Busch is a founding partner of SPP Mezzanine
Partners and is a member of the Investment Committee.
She is also a Managing Partner of SPP Capital
Partners, where she manages the firm’s capital
raising activities. Ms. Busch has served as a
co-head of distribution for SPP Capital since
1993. Ms. Busch has over 17 years of experience
in the private capital markets on a broad range
of private senior debt, mezzanine debt and equity
placements. A founding member of SPP Hambro, SPP
Capital’s predecessor, Ms. Busch is responsible
for capital raising activities including structuring,
selling and negotiating debt and equity securities,
bank facilities and structured finance transactions
for both U.S. and foreign issuers. Prior to joining
SPP Capital, Ms. Busch was with Bankers Trust
Company in the Capital Markets Group. Ms. Busch
is a cum laude graduate of New York University.

Todd Kumble, Managing Member
Mr. Kumble is a member of the Investment Committee
of SPP Mezzanine Partners and is a Managing Partner
of SPP Capital Partners. Mr. Kumble has extensive
experience in structuring and placing bank financings,
senior note private placements, mezzanine and private
equity offerings. Having joined SPP Hambro, SPP
Capital's predecessor, in 1993, Mr. Kumble's transaction
experience spans a broad array of industries including
manufacturing, distribution, financial services,
cable and real estate. Before joining SPP Capital,
Mr. Kumble held several executive positions, including
a position as a lender in the Leveraged Buyout Group
of Manufacturers Hanover Trust, which was considered
the preeminent senior lender for such transactions
at that time. Mr. Kumble has a B.A. degree in Economics
from Yale University and an M.B.A. degree in Finance
from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
He is a frequent speaker at second lien and mezzanine
conferences. |

Donald
W. Graham, CFA, Partner
Mr. Graham has been involved in originating, structuring
and distributing private financing transactions
since 1988. Before joining SPP Capital in 2000,
Mr. Graham was a senior member of the private debt
group at RBC Dominion Securities (an affiliate of
Royal Bank of Canada). Prior to this, Mr. Graham
was with Prudential Securities where he was involved
in a wide variety of corporate finance transactions.
Mr. Graham began his career in finance as an investment
manager for Prudential Capital Group, one of the
largest investors in private transactions in the
U.S. Mr. Graham holds a B.A. degree in Economics
and Biology from the University of Virginia and
a M.B.A. degree in finance from Cornell University.
Mr. Graham is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
